Low condition camera and lenses are products that have some kind of defect, such as a body that doesn’t work, or a lens that has mold or fogging, or an AF that doesn’t work.
Some people use them to learn about the structure of cameras and lenses by disassembling and reassembling them, or to remove broken parts from equipment they are using.
Of course, you can also use them as they are, taking advantage of the moldy and hazy images that the lens depicts, or you can keep them in your home as a display for antique items.
