Kitamura Camera performs repairs and maintenance in partnership with manufacturer certified workshops. Besides accepting orders through Leica’s custom order program Leica à la Carte, we can repaint in a favorite color, replace leather, and do other customizing for certain film camera brands and models.

Consult with a friendly repair staff member about your camera or lens repair.

Estimate and repair
The manufacturer certified workshop checks the condition of the item to be repaired and prepares an estimate.

Product return
A repair staff member returns your repaired product to you so that you have an opportunity to check the results and ask any questions.
Maintenance menu
Sensor cleaning
A dirty image sensor can greatly affect image data. Our expert staff can do the sensor cleaning that is so much trouble to do on your own. Cleaning costs 3,300 yen (including tax) per camera and requires at least 1 hour.
Quick maintenance
Clean the outer body, clean the outside of lenses and filters, coat electric contacts, etc. Quick maintenance costs 1,100 yen (including tax) for each camera and requires at least 10 minutes.
LCD glass coating
Uses the same level of coating used on airplanes and bullet trains. By protecting the camera's LCD screen, it makes it more resistant to scratches and scuffs.
